Our Community Partners

Solid partnerships are key to the success of any watershed initiative. Although much of the work to be done in the Doan Brook is in the hands of government agencies, a unifying body such as the Doan Brook Watershed Partnership is required to reach out and build consensus between a myriad of stakeholders.  The DBWP board is a model consortium of individuals representing public and private vantage points who collectively take action in support of watershed health.  The Board is comprised of leaders from the following institutions and watershed communities:

 City of Cleveland

 City of Cleveland Heights

 City of Shaker Heights

 Cleveland Botanical Garden

 Cleveland Museum of Natural History

 Cuyahoga River Restoration

 Nature Center at Shaker Lakes

 Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District

 University Circle, Inc.
